LifeStar Living (Sarasota, Fla.) is planning a new resort-style active adult community at the Skyway Marina District in St. Petersburg, Fla.
The Manhattan St. Petersburg will be built in two phases. The $125 million first phase will include more than 80 condo-style homes, ranging in size from 1,050 to 2,600 square feet with modern coastal finishes. The nine-story project will include indoor and outdoor dining venues, an outdoor pool, nature paths, fitness center, spa, and parking garage. Construction is expected to begin in early 2022.
Phase 2 of the project will include additional residential units and resort-style amenities.
