Rebar Development (Fisher, Ind.) is planning a 55+ senior living community in Speedway, Ind., according to an article in Inside Indiana Business.
The $13 million community will be part of a 25-acre, mixed-use community, which will include a grocery store, hotel, and conference center.
The community will feature 60 two-bedroom units and is slated for completion in fall 2022.
