Ryan Companies (Minneapolis), Grand Living (Minneapolis), and Castletop Capital (Austin, Texas) are partnering on a new senior living facility in Texas, according to an article in World Construction Network.
The 260,000-square-foot Grand Living at The Grove will include 186 independent and assisted living units, as well as 34 memory care units.
Amenities will include a grand lounge and club, library, dining, theatre, therapy rooms, game rooms, gift shop, chapel, and outdoor amenity spaces.
Ryan Architecture and Engineering will serve as the design firm on the project.
Construction is scheduled to begin in summer 2022.
