Owner and operator The Springs Living (McMinnville, Ore.) broke ground on a new 62+ independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Happy Valley, Ore.
Situated on a 6.95-acre site, The Springs at Happy Valley will include 210 resident units with amenities including an indoor pool and a movie theater.
The project team will include LRS Architects (architect; Portland) and R&H Construction (construction; Portland and Bend, Ore.).
