The EFA Spring Summit is being held virtually this week, concluding April 28 with two events.
The supplement to the in-person EFA Expo & Conference, scheduled for Aug. 28-31 in Chattanooga, Tenn., features a session lineup focused on pandemic response within the senior living design industry.
Today, attendees can attend the Infection Control Roundtable scheduled for 2:30 p.m. EDT, where a panel of experts will discuss the evolution of product design and specification amid COVID-19 and beyond. The group includes:
- Laura Busalacchi, senior director of interior services, Brookdale Senior Living
- Joe Martere, regional vice president, healthcare/senior living, Mohawk Group
- Hillary DeGroff, associate principal, Perkins Eastman
- Stan Gray, senior director of marketing, healthcare and hospitality, Carolina, an OFS Company
- Jennifer Kovacs Silvis, editor-in-chief of Environments for Aging (moderator)
The panel will be followed by audience Q+A in Zoom to allow for face-to-face conversation.
Finally, the EFA Spring Summit will wrap up with a happy half-hour in Zoom, where attendees will have the opportunity to catch up and chat, with the chance to win a free pass to the 2021 EFA Expo.
Editorial coverage of the event will be posted online at efamagazine.com, and registration remains open through April 28 at http://environmentsforaging.com/summit/.
