Milwaukee CCRC Readies To Renovate

The project includes adding new independent living units and renovating common areas.

Eastcastle Place (Milwaukee) has announced a multimillion-dollar capital repositioning project that includes a renovation of its continuing care retirement community (CCRC).

Eastcastle Place, which includes independent living, assisted living, memory support, and rehabilitation and skilled nursing services, will add new independent living units, a bar/lounge, creativity center, and additional amenity spaces.

Common areas, including the dining room and fitness and aquatic center, will be renovated.

LCS Development (Des Moines, Iowa) will manage the project. Construction is slated to begin in 2022.
