Seven-story Community Planned For Virginia

A rooftop terrace, indoor pool, and fitness room will be included in the project.

Pembroke Realty Group (Virginia Beach, Va.) and Beth Sholom Village (Virginia Beach) are planning an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Virginia Beach, according to an article in The Virginian-Pilot.

The seven-story project will include 124 independent living units, 20 assisted living units, and 12 memory care units.

Amenities will include a rooftop terrace, indoor pool, and fitness room.

The community is slated to open in fall 2023.
