Epoch Senior Living (Waltham, Mass.) and National Development (Newton Lower Falls, Mass.) are planning a new luxury independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Stamford, Conn., according to an article in Patch.com.
The 146-unit Waterstone on High Ridge will offer 88 independent living apartments with one- and two-bedroom options; 36 assisted living units including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options; and 22 memory care units.
Amenities will include a indoor heated pool, full-service salon and fitness center, on-site restaurant, movie theater, pet-friendly accommodations, walking trails, and dedicated covered parking.
The project is scheduled to open in late 2021.
