Brightly Senior Living (Mascoutah, Ill.) is planning a new assisted living and memory care community in Glen Carbon, Ill., according to an article in The Telegraph.
The $9.2 million, single-story project will feature a modern farmhouse design. Thirty-eight assisted living units with a variety of floor plans and 22 private memory care units are planned for the community.
Plocher Construction Company (Highland, Ill.) will serve as the project’s builder.
