Anthemion Senior Lifestyles LLC (Weston, Mass.) has broken ground on a 50,000-square-foot memory care community in Norwell, Mass.
The Cordwainer will feature seven companion suites with private bedrooms and shared common space and 47 single units.
The two-story project will feature dining and living rooms on each floor, a living green wall in the lobby, indoor and outdoor sensory gardens, and three lightwells.
Amenities will include a salon, barber shop, fitness room, resource center, activities room, wood workshop, multipurpose room, rejuvenating room, family suite, and roof terrace.
The project team comprises The Architectural Team (architect; Chelsea, Mass.) and Nauset Construction (general contractor; Needham, Mass.).
