Active Adult Community Breaks Ground In Missouri

The $23 million Summerville of St. Andrew’s will include a neighborhood clubhouse and bar with restaurants.

St. Andrew’s Resources for Seniors System (St. Louis) has broken ground on a new active adult community in Eureka, Mo.

The $23 million Summerville of St. Andrew’s will feature 96 one- and two-bedroom units in 24 duplex cottages. The first four duplexes are slated to open later this summer, with a gradual completion schedule lasting through spring 2022.

A neighborhood clubhouse and bar with restaurants and common space are also planned.

The project team includes Bingham Construction (construction; San Diego).
