Epoch Senior Living (Waltham, Mass.) and National Development (Newton, Mass.) are planning a 62+ independent living community in White Plains, N.Y.
Situated on 6.5 acres, the community will offer 132 units with a mix of one-, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom plus den options.
Amenities will include a movie theater, fitness center, indoor pool, lobby bar, art studio, and salon.
It is slated to open in 2022.
