FishPond Development (Corpus Christi, Texas) is planning a new 55+ affordable senior living community in Alice, Texas, according to an article in Alice-Echo News Journal.
The multistory FishPond at Corpus Christi community will house 70 to 80 one- and two-bedroom independent living units. Apartments will be available to seniors with an income between 30 to 60 percent of the current median, with rent based on income.
