Nonprofit operator Elsberry Health Care Assisted Living (Lincoln County, Mo.) is planning a $2 million expansion, according to an article in ksdk.com.
The 9,100-square-foot project will add 10 resident units with 12 assisted living beds and is expected to be completed by the end of 2021. The existing 20,000-square-foot facility has 56 beds.
The project team includes Grubbs and Associates (architect; St. Louis), Four Points Land Surveying and Engineering (surveyor; Hannibal, Mo.), and Jacobi (engineering consultant; O’Fallon, Mo.).
