Blakeford Senior Life (Nashville, Tenn.), provider of senior living and care services, has broken ground on a new $75 million expansion on its campus in Nashville.
The 175,00-square-foot project will add more than 50 independent living units and a memory care neighborhood.
New amenities being added include a fitness and wellness center with an indoor pool, salon and spa, multiple new dining venues, a rooftop bar and event space, outdoor terrace, art studio, woodworking shop, and game room.
