Covenant Living (Skokie, Ill.) is planning to expand its Covenant Living at Windsor Park community in Carol Stream, Ill., with 36 assisted living units, a rehabilitation area for physical and occupational therapy, skilled nursing units, and two memory care suites.
The $21 million capital improvement project is slated for completion in December 2021.
Project partners include THW Architects (architect; Sandy Springs, Ga.) and Leopardo Construction (construction; Hoffman Estates, Ill.).
