Gardner Capital (Clayton, Mo.), a family-owned private equity firm specializing in multifamily housing and renewable energy development and investment has completed construction on an affordable senior community in Missouri City, Texas.
Jubilee at Texas Parkway will offer a mix of one- and two-bedroom units. The gated community will feature amenities including a multipurpose community room, fitness and wellness center, cyber lounge, covered porches, and a resort-style pool with water features.
GCRE Construction (Dallas) served as the project’s general contractor.
