As Life Goes On LLC (Rochester, N.H.), an operator of senior living communities, is planning to transform a Victorian-era building into an assisted living community in Merrimack, N.H., according to an article in Union Leader.

The 10,500-square-foot, 24-bed community will be situated on 1.37 acres. The project calls for updating an existing breezeway to connect two buildings and adding an elevator tower, 20-space parking lot, landscaping upgrades, and on-site walkways. A glass greenhouse on the top level of the building as well as existing driveways and access points on the property will be removed.
