Thrive Senior Living (Atlanta) is expanding its portfolio with the opening of Thrive on Skidaway, a 146-unit independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Savannah, Ga. Amenities at the community include a fitness center, billiards room, casino, and a courtyard with dedicated areas for pickleball and bocce ball.
Additionally, Thrive’s The Social at Savannah (formerly known as Savannah Commons) is undergoing renovations to its independent living, assisted living, and small-house units.
New decor and color schemes, landscaping, and an enhanced bar, bistro, and laundry facility are planned. Other renovations include a new lobby and library, refreshed hallways, an updated fitness room, and the installation of a dog park, pond fountain, and renovated courtyard.
