Resort Lifestyle Communities (Lincoln, Nebr.) has broken ground on a new 55+ senior living community in Fitchburg, Wis.
The $30 million, 180,000-square-foot Quarry Ridge community with feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
Amenities will include a public-facing bank, pharmacy, general store, and salon.
