Morning Pointe Senior Living Breaks Ground On Project In Tennessee

The project will be completed in three phases and include an Alzheimer’s Center of Excellence.

Morning Pointe Senior Living (Ooltewah, Tenn.) broke ground on an assisted living and memory care community that’s part of a three-phase project in Hardin Valley, Tenn., according to an article in TheChattanoogan.com.

The single-story community will feature 85 units and is slated to open in fall 2021. Other phases will of the project include a freestanding Alzheimer’s Center of Excellence and an independent living community.

The project team includes Neuhoff Taylor Architects (architect; Chattanooga).
