DMK Development Group (Louisville, Ky.), in a partnership with Trilogy Management Services (Louisville), is planning a new senior living community in Owensboro, Ky., according to an article in 14 News.
The three-story, 105,000-square-foot project will feature 44 assisted living, 55 independent living, and 20 memory care units, with a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom options.
Amenities will include a full-service bistro, multiple dining areas with an on-site chef, activity room, beauty and barber salon, library, and fitness center.
The project team includes LMH Architecture (architect; Louisville) and Details Commercial Group (designer; Jeffersonville, Ind.). It is slated for completion in spring 2022.
