Senior living operator SilverPoint Senior Living (New Braunfels, Texas) and real estate development company Heritage Lakes Development (Pflugerville, Texas) are readying to open the 40,000-square-foot Heritage Lakes of Pflugerville this fall, according to an article in Connect Texas.
Situated on 32 acres, the new community will feature 28 assisted living units, 20 memory care units, and 8 independent living units adjacent to 30 existing independent living units.
