Senior living operator Koru Health (Wauwatosa, Wis.) and developer Matter Development (Whitefish Bay, Wis.) are preparing to open an independent living and specialty care services community in Oconomowoc, Wis., in October, according to an article in Milwaukee Business Journal.
Situated on 7 acres, the four-story, 120,000-square-foot Evin at Oconomowoc will feature a hospital-grade air purification system to help control viral spread. The community will feature 80 units, including a mix of 61 independent living units and a 19 unit specialty care wing offering memory care.
Amenities will include a golf club, walking path, social club, fitness area, breakfast bar, and theater.
The project team includes Catalyst (contractor; Milwaukee), Thrive Architects (architect; Waukesha), Leah Ogden Interior Design (designer; Shorewood), Pinnacle Engineering (civil engineer; Brookfield), and Dave Jones (HVAC subcontractor; Madison).
