WellSpire, a joint venture between WesleyLife (Johnston, Iowa) and Genesis Health System (Davenport, Iowa), is planning a new community for residents age 55+, in Bettendorf, Iowa, according to an article in Quad City Times.
The project, The Summit of Bettendorf, will offer more than 100 independent living units, 16 assisted living and 16 memory care units, 20 short-term rehabilitation units, and 20 long term units.
The community is slated to open in summer 2021.
