AJP Ventures (Coral Gables, Fla.) and Mas Group (Clearwater, Fla.) are planning a project called MedSquare Place, which will include an independent living community and medical offices, in Westchester, Fla.
Situated on 4.5 acres, the three-story project will be designed by Modis Architects (Miami) and will emphasize natural light throughout the building with floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Amenities will include an attached two-story parking garage with available valet parking, an on-site café, and shared conference room space.
Construction on the 37,000-square-foot medical office project is set to begin this summer, with healthcare delivery company WellMed Medical Management (San Antonio) planned as an anchor tenant.
