Lake Sumter Senior Living, an affordable senior housing community for residents age 55+, has broken ground in Lady Lakes, Fla.
The $16.4 million community will feature 88 units ranging from one to three bedrooms. Amenities will include a clubhouse with dedicated senior resident activities center, business center, fitness studio, and outdoor activity spaces.
ConcordRENTS (Maitland, Fla.) will oversee property management.
