Belmont Village Senior Living has plans for an intergenerational community in Los Angeles, according to an article in Urbanize.
The 12-story community will feature 176 units. The plans also call for the construction of a church administration building and school next to the community.
The project team includes GMPA Architects (architecture; Hollywood, Calif.) and Huitt-Zollars (construction and engineering; Los Angeles).
