Developer and senior living operator Solera Senior Living (Denver) and developer Condor Partners (Chicago) are planning a $75 million community in Evanston, Ill.
The nine-story Trulee Evanston community will feature 163 units, including a mix of independent living, assisted living, and memory care units. Amenities will include multiple terraces.
Completion of the project is slated for 2021.
