Senior living operator Civitas Senior Living (Fort Worth, Texas) and real estate developer Guttman Properties (Cincinnati) have opened a new community in Prospect, Ky.
The 192,000-square-foot Grand Senior Living features 177 units, including 91 independent living, 62 personal care with skilled nursing care, and 24 memory care residences.
Amenities include an indoor heated swimming pool, bocce ball court, putting green, billiards room, arts studio, salon, multiple dining venues, a dog spa, and an art gallery.
