Modena Reserve at Kensington Community Planned For Maryland

The 167,000-square-foot community will include independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

Senior living operator Solera Senior Living (Denver) and developer McCafferty (Chicago) are planning an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Kensington, Md.

The $75 million, 167,000-square-foot Modena Reserve at Kensington will feature 135 units. Amenities will include a 10,000-square-foot courtyard, restaurants, a full-service wine bar, beauty salon, fitness center with a therapy gym, and a penthouse lounge.

The project is expected to be completed in first quarter 2021.
