Operator Benchmark Senior Living (Walpole, Mass.), has proposed expanding its Nashua Crossings assisted living community in Nashua, N.H., according to an article in New Hampshire Union Leader.
Situated on 3.5 acres, the community plans to add a two-story, 11,320-square-foot addition to house 14 residential units. The community currently houses 84 units.
The proposed project also includes several exterior improvements, including 12 new parking spaces, updated landscaping, new exterior lighting, and drainage improvements.
