A new 116,000-square-foot senior living community is being planned in South Portland, Me., according to an article in the Press Herald.
Senior housing project developer Confluent Senior Living (Denver) and senior living development and management company Harbor Retirement Associates (Vero Beach, Fla.) are building the $40 million project.
The new community will include 83 assisted living and 40 memory care units featuring one or two bedrooms. Amenities will include restaurants, a bar and lounge, and fitness center.
The community is expected to open in summer 2021.
