Resort Lifestyle Communities (Lincoln, Neb.) is planning to break ground on a 130-unit community in Goochland County, Va.
Tuckahoe Pines Retirement Community, a $30 million, 180,000-square-foot independent living community, will offer studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
Amenities include a bank, pharmacy, gift shop, and salon.
