Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America, Inc. (PMMA), a not-for-profit senior living operator in Wichita, Kan., is building a new community in Colorado Springs, Colo.
The community, Aberdeen Ridge, will be situated on 15 acres and offer 171 independent living units, 40 assisted living units, and 24 memory care units.
Amenities include fine dining venues, gardens and walking trails, a fitness center, heated pool, coffee shop, and bistro, with dedicated spaces for various activities and wellness programs.
