Baltimore-based Brightview Senior Living has plans for a three-story, 170-unit community in New York.
The community, called Wellspring Village, will be situated on 8.64 acres in Port Jefferson Station, N.Y., and will offer independent living, assisted living, and a neighborhood for people with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Residences will include studios and one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.
Amenities will include a pub, multiple dining venues, movie theater, activity rooms, library, hair salon, fitness center, and outdoor porches and patios with seating and a fire pit.
