Windsor Pointe Independent Living is coming to Jacksonville, Fla. The two-building community will feature a coastal-Mediterranean aesthetic and offer 20 one- or two-bedroom units. Amenities will include a swimming pool, spa, putting green, fitness center, cocktail lounge, formal and casual dining venues, and dog park.
The project developer is Windsor Senior Living, a division of Legend Senior Living, in Wichita, Kan. The builder is LandSouth Construction (Jacksonville).
Construction on the 5.14-acre site is scheduled to be completed in summer 2021.
