The 191,832-square-foot community features 91 independent living residences, featuring one-, two-, and two-bedroom with den units; 62 deluxe-studio and one-, two-, and two-bedroom with den assisted living units,and 24 memory care units.
The interior design incorporates historic gray blues and cream hues and locally sourced antiques, including historic Kentucky Derby-inspired accessories in the Filly Lounge, a framed collection of vintage bathing suits in the indoor pool, and a display of Chihuly-like, hand-blown, glass art in the dining room.
Amenities include an indoor heated pool, bocce ball court, putting green, billiards room, creative arts studio, dog spa, full-service salon, onsite concierge services, restaurant-style dining options, cocktail lounges, and a gallery showcasing a frequently rotating collection of art.
