Solinity, a Knoxville, Tenn.-based senior living development, management, and marketing company, has plans for a new assisted living and memory care community in Plant City, Fla.
The 30,000-square-foot community will offer 47 units. Amenities will include a coffee shop and marketplace, beauty salon and barber shop, spa, therapy center, and activity and dining spaces.
DKLEVY (Knoxville) will be the project’s interior designer. The community is expected to open in fall 2020.
