Construction To Begin On New Community In Washington

The seven-story, mixed-use development will include 110 assisted living units and 26 memory care units.

A new assisted living community is planned for Bellevue, Wash., according to Downtown Bellevue Network.

The project, Holden of Bellevue, will be a seven-story, mixed-use development with 110 assisted living units and 26 memory care units. Plans also include 2,111 square feet of retail and restaurant space.

The architect will be Ankrom Moisan Architects (Seattle).
