Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) plans to open Lakeview Retirement Community in Columbia, S.C.
The $30-million 180,000-square-foot independent living community will offer studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.
An in-house bank, pharmacy, gift shop, and salon will also be available.
This is the third RLC location in South Carolina.
