Phoenix Senior Living in Roswell, Ga., in a joint venture with Whitehall Development Group, plans to construct a 31,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community in Camden, S.C.
The community, to be called The Colonial at Old Camden, will feature 43 units. Amenities will include interior and exterior courtyards, private dining options, spa rooms, a movie theater, fitness center, activity rooms, and a bistro/café. Outdoor amenities include shade structures, seating, softscaping, and hardscaping.
It is expected to open in March 2020.
