Orlando-based Roger B. Kennedy Construction has broken ground on the new 139-unit Providence Reserve community in Lakeland, Fla., its second senior living community for Banyan Development, under a $15 million contract.
The 142,485-square-foot community will include three two-story apartment buildings and a clubhouse.
The project, designed by Forum Architecture & Interior Design, Inc. (Altamonte Springs, Fla.), is slated for completion in September 2020.
