Construction Begins On $15M Providence Reserve Apartments

The 142,485-square-foot Lakeland, Fla., community will feature three apartment buildings and a clubhouse.

Orlando-based Roger B. Kennedy Construction has broken ground on the new 139-unit Providence Reserve community in Lakeland, Fla., its second senior living community for Banyan Development, under a $15 million contract.

The 142,485-square-foot community will include three two-story apartment buildings and a clubhouse.

The project, designed by Forum Architecture & Interior Design, Inc. (Altamonte Springs, Fla.), is slated for completion in September 2020.
