Sparrow Partners has started construction on Mera City Center, a 193-unit senior living facility for adults aged 55 and over in Surprise, Ariz. According to an article in Multi-Housing News, the city’s first active adult community is scheduled to open in the spring of 2021.
Reporter Adriana Marinescu writes: “Situated at 15510 N. La Cometa Ave., Mera City Center will consist of five four-story buildings with one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from approximately 660 to 1,450 square feet. Amenities will include a pool, dog park, fitness center, media lounge and library, as well as a two-story clubhouse. Additionally, residents will be offered organized activities such as group outings, wine tastings, cooking classes and fitness classes. Sparrow Living will manage the property.”
