Construction has been completed at Watercrest Winter Park Assisted Living and Memory Care in Winter Park, Fla., according to Watercrest Senior Living Group and Titan Development Real Estate Fund.
The 107-unit, resort-style senior living community will welcome its first residents in the coming weeks.
Watercrest Winter Park offers 75 assisted living units and 32 memory care apartments. Amenities include a promenade, pool, fireplace, signature water wall, multiple dining venues, children’s play space, and Southern-style outdoor living spaces. A Market Street Plaza features an outdoor streetscape with LifeBUILT programming elements as part of the community’s multisensory memory care programming.
The project is the second senior living development partnership between Watercrest and Titan Development. Their first project, Watercrest Columbia Assisted Living and Memory Care, opened in fall 2019 in Columbia, S.C.
