Edgewood Healthcare began construction earlier this month on a new residential senior health campus and medical office in Grand Forks, N.D. Plans for the 20-acre, 170-unit development include approximately 30 patio homes for those 55+, a senior living building with 112 assisted living and basic care apartments, and a 28-unit Memory Care community, specially designed for those living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.

Anticipated on-site services and amenities include a therapy gym, clubhouse, bistro, coffee shop, rooftop patio, fitness center, chapel, theater and on-campus ponds and walking paths. The campus will also include an on-campus walk-in clinic to treat residents as well as the public.
