Holbrook Embarks On Expansion, Development Plans

Three communities are slated to open in Georgia by 2020, with three additional sites identified in Greenville, S.C., Charleston, S.C., and Nashville, Tenn.

Holbrook has unveiled plans for approximately $1 billion in development to open and expand its footprint throughout the Southeast.

Currently, two communities are slated to open later this summer in Decatur, Ga., and Acworth, Ga., with another in Woodstock, Ga, scheduled to open in 2020. Additional sites are being identified in Greenville, S.C., Charleston, S.C., and Nashville, Tenn. Each new Holbrook community has a development cost of approximately $80 to $130 million.

The Holbrook communities feature a variety of amenities and are integrated into their surrounding neighborhoods and all of the restaurants will be open to the general public as well as Holbrook residents.
