Paradise Valley Estates recently broke ground on The Ridge, its newest senior living neighborhood in Fairfield, Calif.
The eight-acre expansion will add 70 new open-style cottages, villas, and penthouses to the current 76-acre community of more than 321 homes.
Designed by Perkins Eastman, The Ridge is set for completion in 2021 and will offer additional residence styles.
The community will provide new community-wide amenities including an art studio, woodworking shop, fitness center, outdoor fire pit, and two restaurants.
