Blake Management Group in collaboration with Cardinal Ventures Inc. will develop a new 88,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community in Greenville, S.C.
The Blake at Hollingsworth Park, a resort-style senior living community, will include two-bedroom suites, one-bedroom suites and studios for assisted living options. The memory-support area of the community, focusing on Alzheimer’s and dementia care, will feature both studio and one-bedroom suites.
Construction is expected to be finished in spring 2020.
