The first phase of the senior living project in Huntsville, Ala., is slated to be completed in 2020 and will include 114 independent living apartments, 50 assisted living apartments, and 26 memory care suites.

Wellpoint Community at Hampton Cove has broken ground in Huntsville, Ala., on its 185,000-square-foot project. The construction is expected to be completed in 2020.

The first phase will be the senior center consisting of 114 independent living apartments, 50 assisted living apartments, and 26 memory care suites.

The master planned development will include an integrative wellness center called the VIA Center for Wellbeing, a boutique hotel,
The Enterprise Center, and a residential campus which will include freestanding villas, townhomes, and senior living.

Amenities include salt rooms, infrared saunas, and more

Hampton Cove Wellpoint is a partnership between LifeCenters Communities, LLC, Charter Senior Living, and the Hutchinson Group.
